Current vacancy for a housing provider in Birmingham.

Key duties will include,

Management of three surveyors.
Management of planned works including specification, appointment and management of contractors.
Types of works will be kitchen and bathroom replacements, external painting.
Budget management and procurement of contracts.
You must have excellent knowledge of building regs, CDM and housing legislation.
